Sintered diamond grinding wheels are manufactured through high-temperature powder metallurgy sintering process, integrating diamond abrasives and metal matrix perfectly into one piece.
Different from resin-bond wheels, our metal sintered diamond wheels feature ultra-high hardness, superior structural strength and extreme wear resistance. The dense sintered structure ensures firm diamond grip, no grain falling off during heavy-load grinding.
This wheel supports high-efficiency stock removal, long continuous working time and heavy-duty grinding. It is not easy to deform or damage under high pressure and high speed, delivering stable grinding performance and extremely long service life.
